RETURNS POLICY

Please review this Policy carefully as it forms part of the terms and conditions of any purchases made with Luxamore online. This Policy sets out your rights and obligations with respect to any returns and refunds, including important limitations and exclusions.

Please choose your goods carefully. We do NOT accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind or if you made a wrong decision.

If you wish to exercise any rights available to you under this Policy, please contact us by email with the subject title ‘return policy’ at info@luxamore.com.au before sending any goods.

Exchange due to incorrect size

We accept exchanges for merchandise size within 7 days of receiving the goods. All items must be returned in new and unused condition with original tags and packaging intact. Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged box without postage labels, as this is considered part of the goods. Please note that any goods we consider used, soiled, or damaged will NOT be eligible for exchange under this paragraph.

Sale items

Please be aware that, except for the statutory conditions and warranties specified below, sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Archive & Warehouse Sales

We do not accept returns (refund, exchange, or credit) on any Archive Sale or Warehouse Sale items, unless deemed faulty. Please consider this before making a purchase.

We only accept EXCHANGE or CREDIT for faulty Archive or Warehouse Sale items if the following requirements are met:

• The item/s are returned within 7 days of receipt.
• The item/s must be in original condition, with all tags attached.
• Item/s must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way. Please choose carefully - exchanges for size or style can only occur ONCE. Email  with any questions to assist in decision making.

Returns by mail

If you have the right under this Policy to return any goods to us and you wish to do so by mail, please send the goods in a registered package: email info@luxamore.com.au for returns address details.
