Policy

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, please choose your item carefully. However, your satisfaction is important to us, and we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit for eligible items.

All returns must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Items must be in original condition, unused, undamaged, and have all original tags attached.

To initiate a return, please contact us by email at luxamoreitalianlinen@gmail.com with the subject "Return Policy."

• Full-Priced Items: Items purchased at full price are eligible for exchange of size or refund.

• Sale Items: Items purchased on sale or with a discount are eligible for an exchange or store credit only.

• Final Sale Items: Products marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

For exchanges due to incorrect sizing, items must be returned in new, unused condition with all original tags and packaging. Footwear must be in its original, undamaged box, as this is considered part of the product.

Jewellery

For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Afterpay

If your order was paid for using Afterpay, it is eligible for an exchange or store credit.

Faulty & Incorrect Items

If you receive an item with a defect, please contact us immediately. International orders can be returned minus the postage costs.

Fine Print

• Items must be returned to us within 7 days of delivery
  

• Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once we receive it.

• Items must be in original condition and must not have been worn, altered, or washed.
  

• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We do not refund the initial shipping charges for returned items, except for faulty items.

• Any returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted and may be sent back at the customer's expense.
