RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We fully stand by all the products we offer.  It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase.

Luxamore is happy to offer an exchange between sizes or available styles on purchases that are unworn and in same condition (excluding sale or promotional items) within 7 days of receipt of your order. * evidence of receipt such as tracking will be required.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. If you change your mind, we’ll happily accept a return subject to the following conditions:

We suggest all items are tried on as soon as they are received to ensure you are able to return items within the returns time-frame.

Store-credit notes are valid for 6 months from the date of issue

We encourage you to return your item/s via a prepaid registered or traceable postal service and taking note of your tracking number. LUXAMORE is not liable for the loss of garments being returned.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGE

• For ALL refunds or exchange requests, please contact us in the first instance by emailing support@luxamore.com.au within 7 days of receipt of your goods. * evidence of receipt such as tracking will be required.
• Returns are accepted within 7 Days of receipt.* evidence of receipt such as tracking will be required.
• Approved refund requests will be paid minus original postage & handling costs.
• We do not offer refunds or exchanges on SALE items or items included in any flash promotion. This policy is strictly for full price items only.
• SALE items are Australia only unless specified otherwise
• Orders Placed With Afterpay Are Only Eligible For A Store Credit Or Exchange
• All items must be in new & unused condition with all tags attached.
• Shoes must be returned in its original packaging and designer box.
• It is advisable that you try on new shoes on a carpeted surface, as we will not accept returns or refunds if the soles have any signs of wear.
• All returns and exchanges will not be processed until the product is returned to Luxamore.
• Luxamore does not offer free returns on orders posted back for exchange or returns. A P&H fee of $15 will apply in this instance
• Luxamore will attempt to fill your exchange as best as possible, however, it is not guaranteed your request will be available.
• To secure your desired product, please ensure you list the full details of your new request (e.g. style name, colour and size) from support@luxamore.com.au.
• All exchanges are based on stock availability.
• If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in a different size, subject to availability otherwise:
• We will happily exchange for another style however if the item being replaced is of lesser value than the item chosen for exchange then no refunds will apply for the difference hwoever:
• If the item chosen for exchange is of higher value than the item being replaced, then the difference will be charged.
