Our Policy at a Glance

For all eligible returns (change of mind, sizing issues, or incorrect selection), we offer an Exchange or Store Credit Only.

Refunds are strictly reserved for items deemed faulty or defective upon arrival.

 

Store Credit & Exchange Eligibility

Store Credit

We offer store credit for returns on full-priced items for:

  • Change of mind or preference

  • Incorrect selections

  • Sizing issues

  • Store credit is valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

 

Exchanges

We are happy to process an exchange of size or style for eligible full-priced items, subject to availability.

  • To avoid missing out, we recommend using your store credit to immediately purchase your preferred size/style online.

 

Sale Items

  • Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

Returns Window

  • All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Conditions for Return Approval

For any return (exchange or store credit) to be accepted, the item must strictly meet the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition.

  • All original tags must be securely attached.

  • Items must be free from any signs of wear, including makeup, perfume, fake tan, pet hair, or damage.

  • Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged box, as this is considered part of the product.

  • Jewellery: For hygiene reasons, earrings are not eligible for a refund or exchange.


How to Initiate a Return

  1. Please contact us by email at luxamoreitalianlinen@gmail.com with the subject: "Return Request: [Your Order Number]" within 7 days of delivery.

  2. We will respond with an approval and instructions for mailing your item back.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected (please allow up to 7 business days for processing), we will issue your Store Credit or proceed with your Exchange.

 

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured postal service (like Australia Post) to ensure the safe and timely delivery of your return.

 

Faulty & Incorrect Items

If you receive an item with a defect or fault, or if we have sent you an incorrect item:

  • Please contact us immediately via email, including clear photos of the fault.

  • For genuinely faulty items, you are entitled to a full refund, exchange, or store credit, and we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • International orders can be returned minus the initial postage costs, with the exception of items deemed genuinely faulty.

 Fine Print

  • We do not refund the initial shipping charges for returned items, except where the item is faulty.

  • Returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above may be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.

  • If your original order was paid for using Afterpay, the return is eligible for an Exchange or Store Credit only.

  • We reserve the right to change the conditions of these terms at any time.
