Exchanges for Incorrect Size

We understand that sizing can be tricky when shopping online, so we offer exchanges for size adjustments within 3 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for an exchange:

• Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged box (without postage labels) as it is considered part of the goods.
• Items that show signs of wear, damage, or soiling will not be eligible for exchange.

If your preferred size is unavailable, we will issue a refund for the item.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please email us at luxamoreitalianlinen@gmail.com with the subject line "Return Policy" before sending any goods. We will provide further instructions to ensure a smooth process.

Sale Items

We kindly ask that you choose carefully when purchasing sale items. Except where required by law, sale items are NOT eligible for return or exchange.

Warehouse Sales

All Sale items cannot be returned for refund, exchange, or credit unless the item is deemed faulty.

For faultySale items, we offer exchange or store credit under the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 3 days of receipt.
• It remains in its original condition, with all tags attached.
• The item has not been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
