We offer full refunds for items returned within 7 days of purchase. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and have all original tags attached.
For a change of size, we offer an exchange or store credit.
Please note: If your order was paid for with Afterpay, we can only offer an exchange.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
Orders placed before 2pm AEST, Monday through Friday, will be dispatched the same day.
For purchases over $200, we offer complimentary express shipping. Express deliveries typically arrive within 3-5 business days.
For standard delivery, please allow approximately 7 business days for your order to arrive. While most orders arrive on time, please be aware that global shipping delays may occasionally impact delivery times.

Many of our pieces are limited edition, and restocks are not always possible. If an item you love is out of stock, you can sign up for a "Notify Me When Back in Stock" alert on the product page. While most of our items are unique, we do occasionally restock some of our core pieces.
