Wherever you are—city streets, country lanes, or across the ocean—your LUXAMORE pieces travel with care, wrapped and ready, a little spoiled in all the right ways.

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, leave our studio the same day. After 2pm, or over the weekend, they’ll be on their way the next business day.

For our UK and U.S. friends, customs and duties are part of the journey. We can’t smooth those out, but we promise your order will arrive exactly as it left us—beautiful and uncompromised.

Australia

  • Complimentary Express Shipping on orders over $250

  • Complimentary Standard Shipping on orders over $180

  • A flat-rate fee applies to all other orders

U.S. Shipping & Mandatory Import Duties

We love our U.S. customers! As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. government suspended the $800 duty-free threshold. All orders from Australia are now subject to mandatory import duties and processing fees, regardless of value.

To make this simple, we use the Zonos PDDP (Postal Delivered Duty Paid) system, which ensures a smooth delivery:

  1. Guide at Checkout – Duties vary daily. As a general guide, U.S. customers should budget ~10% of the order value, plus a small Zonos administrative fee.

  2. Post-Purchase Calculation – After you place your order, we calculate the exact U.S. import duties and Zonos fees based on your items.

  3. Secure Payment Link – You’ll receive a separate link to pay these fees securely. Payment is required for your package to clear customs.

  4. Seamless Delivery – Paying upfront means your package is “Pre-Cleared,” avoiding surprise bills or delays at the border.

*While we cover shipping, U.S. customs duties and Zonos processing fees remain the customer’s responsibility.

International Delivery (excluding U.S.)

We offer flat-rate, tracked shipping worldwide. Delivery times may vary but generally allow up to 10 business days.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $10 USD worldwide

All international orders are tracked so you can follow your pieces on their journey from our studio to your door.
