Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Thursday and 12pm Friday leave our studio the same day. After 2pm, or over the weekend, they’ll be on their way the next business day.

For our UK and USA friends, customs and duties are part of the journey. We promise your order will arrive exactly as it left us.

• Complimentary Standard Shipping for all Australian orders over $180.

• A flat-rate fee applies to all other orders.

USA Shipping

U.S. Shipping & Mandatory Import Duties We love our U.S. customers! All orders entering the U.S. from Australia are now subject to mandatory import duties and processing fees, regardless of the order value.

How it Works:

Because U.S. Customs regulations changed significantly in late 2025, all orders now require mandatory duty payments your final total price includes all duties.

• 1. As a general guide, U.S. customers include 10% of the order value, plus a small administrative fee.

• 2. Seamless Delivery: Your package is "Pre-Cleared." This ensures your beautiful pieces are not held at the border for weeks and arrive at your door with no "surprise" delivery bills or hidden courier fees.

International Shipping flat rate $25 U.S. all import duties included. 

International Delivery (excluding USA)

We offer international shipping. All international orders are shipped via a tracked service. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times may vary based on your location but generally allow up to 10 business days.
