INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS DUTIES AND TAXES
Customs duties and taxes change constantly and vary from country to country. We can not be held liable for any import duties, customs fees or taxes that may be incurred on the importation of your order. If you are unsure of what potential customs duties may apply to your order please contact your local customs office for pricing and clarification.
DELIVERY TO NEW ZEALAND
FREE Express shipping on all orders worldwide over $250.
Orders over NZD$175.00 can incur customs taxes in New Zealand. LUXAMORE has no control over these taxes and cannot advise what they will be once your parcel has arrived in New Zealand.
All charges are to be paid by the customer on delivery of order. Orders cannot be returned to sender and LUXAMORE will never pay these customs charges on your behalf. If you refuse to pay these charges your parcel may be abandoned, and LUXAMORE will not be held responsible for any loss of funds as a result of this occurrence. We cannot mark International orders as a gift or reduce the declaration of cost of item in order to bypass or reduce any customs fees. This is an illegal practice and as an established business we will not do this.
PREFERRED SHIPPER
We use Australia Post as our preferred shipper. As soon as your parcel leaves our warehouse it is in the hands of Australia Post to deliver it safely, within the stated time-frame.
On occasion things happen which are outside of our control and packages may get stuck in transit for unknown reasons. Unfortunately we cannot do anything to speed up a parcel but we're always happy to follow up late deliveries. Please just contact us support@luxamore.com.au
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Orders are packed by hand at our warehouse so we work as fast as possible to get your new pieces to you. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1 business day. Delivery will then take between 2 and 7 business days for orders within Australia. Rural areas may take a little longer.
Orders must be in before 3pm WST to ensure same day dispatch. Please allow up to 4 weeks for international delivery.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER STATUS THROUGH MY ACCOUNT?
You will be notified of the order confirmation and dispatch through your account and by email. You will also receive a separate email from Australia Post with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES? WILL I NEED TO SIGN FOR IT?
We provide standard postage for all orders, which requires a signature upon delivery. Please consider this when specifying a delivery address as we are unable to authorise packages to be delivered without a signature. We suggest using your work address if you're not at home during the week.
If there is no one to sign at the time of delivery, a postal card will be left informing you that a delivery was missed. Your parcel can then be picked up from your local post office during business hours.
