Order Processing

Orders received during normal business hours (Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm AEST) are typically processed and dispatched within 24 hours. During peak periods, such as sales or new launches, please allow up to 48 hours for your order to be processed.

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure quick dispatch. For this reason, we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been confirmed.

Shipping Rates

Complimentary Express Shipping for all Australian orders over $250.
Complimentary Standard Shipping for all Australian orders over $150.
A flat-rate fee applies to all other orders.
